Car boot sales can do the trick, or try filling a card with things for sale in the local supermarket or shop. Then there's the local newspaper. |

Sell your stuff on MarketWall UK:
http://marketwall.com/uk
MarketWall is free. You can sell your stuff to people in your local area so you won't have to worry about P&P. Make sure you include good pictures of your items and you'll get more interested buyers.
You won't have to monitor anything. MarketWall will send you an email when an interested buyer leaves you a message on the website.
MarketWall is currently having a promotion where you get a £5 Amazon.co.uk gift certificate for every 10 listings you create, so if you're moving house it would be perfect for you:

I'd say Craigslist if you don't want to do ebay. |

have a garage sale. Thats what I'd do, or if you know someone who is having a garage sale see if you could add your stuff. If you do have a garage sale make good signs. Otherwise consignment places. You mentioned ebay, cragslist.com is a good way to go too. |

Type 'Craigslist' or 'Kijiji' and the name of the closest large city to where you are located.
These sites offer free classified ads - and a lot of people check them. They are easy to figure out once you've logged into the sites.
Just tell people what you've got and leave either an email address or (better) a phone number.
Good luck! |

go to craigslist or www.backpages.com and take pictures of your stuff and put it on there but do include your phone number and waht time for them to call b/c alot of people can not work the outlook express to email you on there interest on the things you have listed for sale. Put a price and you make the appointments for them to stop buy and pick it up and put cash only. And oh yea the most important all this is for free and won't cost you a dime to do |
