Your estate is responsible, and if your estate can't cover it, the debts go unpaid....
Now, for the more serious aspect of this... please please please please go see someone who can help you through whatever you're going through. Suicide cannot possibly be the answer. That leaves your loved ones with incredible pain. |

any debt that you have will go to your "estate" and be paid off during the probate process before anything is paid out to those who inherit--if you're broke--nobody, unless they cosigned or you are married |

no one should be. If you are married, then your spouse would be. If you arent, instruct your family to put a notice in the classifieds that they aren't responsible for anyones debts but their own. |

creditors will go after your family members -- they are ruthless bas*ards. If you have any assetts they will seize them first - what ever is left over the will chase your partner, husband, mom, dad, siblings... I'm not kidding -- they can be JERKS. |
