Northen rock are the worst..... before christmas they told everyone there money was safe and got the goverment involved saying no need to take your money out etc and now look at the mess they are in now i will never touch that bank or Lloyds Tsb I dont trust any bank end of lol! |

At least in Walsall (UK) anyway. The type of element in there, the rude and ethnically diverse (i.e. can't speak english) and the queue's make it virtually intolerable. |

I WORK FOR HSBC and to be truthful now HSBC do care about their customers and they do refund charges most off the time to their discresion and they are one of the most discresional banks in the uk.
But the people who dont like HSBC are the ones who keep getting charges and expecting a refund!!!! because you wouldnt go to McDonalds and say that you dont want to pay £1.99 for a happy meal do you lol! And at the end of the day it does cost the bank loads when you go over your limit.
So I think some are strict with refunds but they are valid and even though they are high people have to learn to look after their accounts and money.
I am sorry but I have only ever had one charge and that was for £10 and I make dam sure that I alwys have enough money in my account now.!!!
There is the internet now no1 really has a excuse and there are ATM'S everywhere????

Barclays is the worst bank in the U.K the staff are very economical with the truth they advise you of services that you will never need and they do not treat their customers fairly as soon as I have the opportunity I'm out !! |
