While I don't think there is just one right answer for this, I can think of 2 reasons why this is often the case.
1. The really poor people have an up hill battle in life. I won't go into much detail, but for example, we are often judged and given opportunities based on how we are dressed, what we drive, etc. However, many poor people through out history have risen above this.
2. I think it is a mind set. Many rich people became that way because they saved money and found ways to make their money work for them (a lot of rich people started out poor, BTW). They are wise about their money. They look for opportunites, some of them have gotten rich by avoiding excessive debt and credit card debt.
We really don't need as much to live on as we think. There are families who earn a smaller salary, yet they are building wealth. They don't spend what they don't have, they don't try to keep up with other people. They are just smart about their money. At the same time there are people who make a larger than average salary and although from the outside they look rich (nice car, home, etc.), they are drowning in debt.
I think many poor people would be in a better place if they changed their attitude toward money. (Many rich people would also be in a better place)
Just my thoughts on it. Save what you can (even if it's only a little bit at first) and then let your money work for you. |

Poverty is a result of your choices. The rich stay rich because they keep doing the things that made them rich, and visa versa. That is why socialism is only a great idea, but never works in real life. Anyone can be rich, just change your spending and saving habbits. |

Because the one who is rich, the more he becomes rich, he becomes more greedy and he doesn't allow the poor to earn something to improve his life standard! It's just the way that it had always been, as much as you have, you want much more to have and you forget about charity and assistance when there are people around you but simply you just don't see them because you are to busy of planning how to become more rich! |

Rich people always think how to improve their life. The poor people sometimes cant do any improvement due to lack of money.
If you want to improve your life Work at home after your working hours or during weekend. Go for the internet business, which requires less of your time and the one that will not make you feel headache with web designing, or which require IT knowledge. Second, choose the internet based company which offer you the opportunity and at the same time giving you the convenience to start the business. Third, choose the business, which does not require big money to start it.

It depends where & when did you start? I mean when you have money you can make more money but when you do not have money you could not think about that because your first priority is food that is why you lose a chance to make money. So in this way the rich people always be a rich and the poor people always be a poor. That is so simple. |
