When I was a kid, I thought it would be easy to make money after finishing college. Unfortunatley late in my college years I figured out that it is not that simple. Finishing college now seems nothing special and it seems to be just like finishing high school was. Here I am trying to find a job in my field and i have had 0 success in because everyone wants "experience, experience."

My real question is why PHYSICAL work does not get paid, and yet mental work gets paid. Haven't you felt that after maybe a day of working hard physically on something, you say to yourself, "damn, i deserve a good amount of money after this."?

Thank you for your answers. They're all great. I agree that there is no better feeling after doing physical work, coming home and eating a nice meal, and then sleeping great. This is how our bodies have been evolved to work, but now its just sit, eat, get fat, desk job or brain job, and good money. You are not rewarded for your physical work.

Its definitley not fair how some people get filthy rich by not moving a muscle and some work all their lives and move nowhere. The goal shouldn't be to get rich... this is not my goal!
