because its a status thing, if your talking about the bugatti or osmething, you could easily get 1000 hp for less then half the price of the car. (so its not because of the speed) |

If you race cars like a friend of mine does you would definitely benefit from a better car. He is an excellent driver and could definitely manage the speed. The last time I was at the track I saw a $500K car which was definitely worth every penny in the race. If you have the money (and more) to spare, why not? :) |

Because they can. Wherever they want to drive it. The insurance would pay for any damage but where will a thief be able to hide a million dollar car. If you pay a million the handling will be like a train on rails. Stop hating!! If you can afford it, it is not a waste of money. It goes perfectly outside of the 12 million dollar summer house. |

I believe whoever buys a million dollar car has nothing else to do with their money and can afford to buy a couple of million dollar cars.
I am in awe sometimes, watching these billionaires and millionaires on tv because they pay $20,000 to change one freakin' tire. Wow, but hey I guess it's their money so they can do whatever they want with it. I just wish I was some kind of kin to one of them...lol
But because I'm not a millionaire or billionaire I can sit here all day and say they waste their money on stupid stuff, but I bet if I was one I would be doing the same thing...lmao.. |

Personally I think that buying a really dear car is utterly pointless (i wouldn't be able to afford one anyway)
But people like Simon Cowell buys really dear cars not to ride it to its maximum speed and make the most out of it, but to show off and try to say to the world "I'm better than everyone else" This is how selfish people are these days. |
