Try a 80/20 loan if you have a large enough income. Basically you get 80% financing from a bank and 20% from another bank through a home equity line of credit. You will need to provide documents pertaining to income. This will be the only way you can get 100% financing with no down. You can ask for the points you pay to be back-ended.

they will do a assessment on now and if they think you are worth the risk ...yes...but you may pay through the nose.

Depends what you call bad credit. There are deals out there if using a MCCB advisor that may be possible to get. More information is required for adverse to understand if this is possible. Get out your Yellow Pages and look for a local independant Mortgage Advisor. Make sure they do not charge broker fees!

Bad credit is one of the worst problems to have... however there exists a solution.

I will hereby talk from my personal experience.

I did debt consolidation a couple of years ago, however If I had to do it again I would pay to some minor details,
if someone wants to get out of debt today it is pretty easy with a debt consolidation plan, however it may get a bit tricky at times, I suggest you get as much information as possible online on this first,

a good place to start in my humble opinion is astraight to the point ebook with question and answer I found :

if it helps kindly remember me in your voting!.. cheers!

Why would you want a mortgage with bad credit? You've already shown yourself and others that you have a tendency to live beyond your means. Work on the credit score to the point that you know you won't have to foreclose and then you'll get a better interest rate and the lenders will beg you to take a loan.

not if they're reputable
besides with the interest rates rising you'll only get into more debt and end up losing your house and owing even more

Not likely. If you have bad credit, you have to risk something to get a loan so you would need to put down a down payment.

That would be like asking for a job at an Oil Refinery after being convicted for Arson.
