With money you can buy anything you want, but how can you buy happiness?
So do you think that money is more important than happiness?

You cannot buy happiness. With money you can only be miserable in comfort. Happiness is a state of mind. Be content with what you have and happiness will follow.

Money doesn't buy happiness, but it does insulate you from some life events which would be disasterous for your family and yourself. Take, for example, taking out a mortgage on a home, and then having both breadwinners lose their jobs. They lose their home. They've still got each other, but their relationship is under strain and they have nowhere to live. That's not a nice situation.

Money supports many of the things in life that we do enjoy, like happiness. Money means you can see the people you love, you can have food, shelter, and clothing, and you can have a better quality of life because you can access better health care. Money doesn't buy happiness, but without it, it's harder to be happy. Yes, some people with very little have great lives, but having money gives you more choices, and protects you from bad life events, like having no car, no home, no job, no food, no clothing etc.

Money is not more important than happiness. But it is a contributing factor to happiness in some situations.

you're kidding, right? those with little or no prospectives for getting cash are unhappy but their goals are simple and note-worthy. the poor make due with what they have, scheme to prosper and with diligence, achieve! those with lots of $$$ and still unhappy find out two things: true happiness and good health are things no amount of money can buy. way back , i felt so sorry for doris duke, aristotle onassis, howard hughes and those of their ilk who had more money than they could possibly spend in their lifetimes. all that and no smiles? no possible contentment? how could that be? it wasn't until much later in my life that i realized the key to it all: too much of anything is as destructive as too little (although too little can be leveled out with time, too much well is too much!). but i also discovered another of life's little lessons: lot's of $$$ may not bring happiness but it's certainly a change from misery (of not having any!). you're reading way too much into this. since it is a problem most will never have to face, i think you should have another bowl of ice cream, smell the roses and laugh at it all.

You can't buy it - and yes happiness is more important. Having enough money can make you happy though.

U cant but u can by your way into a nice job.house, car, holidays you don't have the depression of not having enough money to get what you want to eat or wear.So it doesn't buy happiness but not having any doesn't guarantee it either

Sally Tomato
Happiness is free. Anyone can have it.

Just find a group of truly nice people to be your friends, and be a true friend back. Choose a job that you like doing, not for the money.

Be a nice person to those you meet. Believe in yourself. And you will be happy. You don't need money to do that.

Money can buy you happiness. Think of all the good you could do with a large amount of money. Thank of all the happiness you could give to people by giving them the necessities of life then you will be happy also.

falutd
You can't buy happiness, unless it's dire lack of money that's the cause of you unhappiness.

But if you didn't have the money, then you wouldn't be able to go into a shop a buy a couple of pounds of happiness could you.!!!! So money is more important........"I Think" !!!!
