The vast majority of American adults already do give away $500 to someone they don't know. And they do it on a recurring basis. It's called "Social Security". Today's workers pay current benficiary benefits. :-)
If you are asking if a random person would ever randomly hand out $500 to a person they don't know, the answer is yes. It doesn't happen alot, but when it does happen many times the news picks up the story. |
