For a million dollars I would give up 1-2 of the digits on my hands or feet but not a thumb or index finger.
I would give up any redundant organ except for a lung - kidney, part of a liver, maybe an eye. This is assuming it would be used for transplant to a wealthy individual who wants to skip a waiting list. I wouldn't give it up to just have it end up in the trash.

Absolutely.
I'd give anything non-essential, of course. If it was an essential body part, I'd lose up to and including one arm or leg. They're doing some great things with prosthetics these days!
