If you need the money and it would be better for the family then do it, but i would check the diseases they may have there that might not be where you live and make sure you get vaccinated so you don't get sick
also if you go just call or contact ur family everyday,send pictures and stuff like that |

Depends on the age of the kids. If they're really young, you'll miss out on a lot of their "firsts", but they won't notice it much. If they're elementary age, probably not. They really need you to shape them morally. If they're older, I'd talk to them about it and ask their opinion. A year is a long time, but if they're understanding it could be better for them in the long run if you can save money for college etc. Plus, you can always talk to them on the phone every day. Sorry you were put in that position, but if you didn't feel it was the right thing to do, than it wasn't. Good for you. |

If you do, are you able to negotiate to take your kids with you during the vacations?
If not, don't go, you will be miserable. |

yes i would and i would miss the kids madly but then there is the fact that you would have a really nice block of time with them when not working, and you know they say absence make's the heart grow fonder well can you imagene that you would notice the little changes in them even more. good luck that is a tough choice to make
i got sacked yesterday and would take any job right now as not working is quite a scary thought |

Holy crap 750 a day. If you can get someone reliable to take care of your children for that long and you're not entering a war zone, I would take it and use that money toward their college fund. |

In a heartbeat I would go. It would help to secure some things for the future of my children and to me that is very important to me. One year...do you realize how fast one year goes by? You should do it. Just write them and have your wife send pictures and videos. I can't see how you can't do this, and if I was your wife I would be begging you to do it!! and honestly, I would be a little angry if you didn't. |
