That very much depends on the conditions present directly prior to the amputation. I suspect the guy who had a rock fall on him and had to cut his arm off with a pin knife would glady have taken the money. As I sit here today, in a warm house, large bed, lap top computer, Saints game on a large plasma, cold drink on the night stand and a pretty wife in lace panties... Four million just isn't enough to change my life in a positive way that could overcome the opportunity costs. |

Well they can have mine, I'm just a teacher and I really use it rarely except to spank my kids and gee whiz that's not good anyway! They can't have my husband's arm though--he is a surgical assistant and needs them both! He's worth more than 4 mil. |

No i would not. You don't realize how important an arm can be until it's gone. Even if you did sell your arm for that much money you would probably regret it later. |
