it would be ok for a single or couple with out any kids -- but remember that the rule of real estate is think about when you get ready to put up the for sale sign -- you are limiting it to single and couples with out kids.. i would go a size bigger if it would fit in your budget

it is small. an average room is like 200-300 sq. feet. you looking at a condo that must have rooms that are like 10x10 which are small. i lived in a house that was just at 820 sq. feet and the rooms were just at 10x10 and i could not fit my entire bed room set in either room. the living room was cramped feeling and there was no room really to have a lot of guest at one time without feeling claustrophobic. it is all in your taste. i had to move out the house after staying it for 3 years i was going crazy. i could not buy much of anything there was no room. i would get something that is over 900 sq. feet. and no less but then that is me. but take it from me 818 is small. it is good if you are single and plan on staying single and no kids and like maybe one pet. other than that it was easy to keep up since there was not enough room for furniture to clean.

818 square feet? That's tiny. Go to a parking lot with a tape measure and a piece of sidewalk chalk. Measure a 41 feet by 20 feet rectangle on the asphalt, then divide it into five pieces - a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. Then add closets, a washer and dryer, stove, fridge, sink, and a hallway to connect everything. That's a lot of stuff to put into such a small space.

it's a small living space but not absolutely tiny. a large 2 bedroom place would be 1200 sq ft or so.

Rick B
small to moderate. Definitely not big.

raybbies
182 feet short of a centipede

its good size for condos..lets just say if someone else is living with you..ur not far away from each other..about less than 9 steps until u see the person

Emily
small but Its not a bad size for a condo. How many people is this for? If it's not a big family it should probably work, fine.

818 feet is big if is for 1 person to live in...because it has enogh space to have everything u'll need and at the same time is not too big...is perfect if u ask me
