Not at all. I am not superstitious about the number 13. If it is a huge problem for you it is possible to get it changed through the postal service. If 1315 or 1311 is available they may let you change it. I wouldn't worry about it though, you may have one or two overly superstitious people avoid you and you may have a few people who might want that address. The fact is, most people are not going to care one way or another. |

No. Superstition is made up fear. At least it's not number 666. I think you would have a problem then. |

Actually, that would make me want to buy the property all the more. Only because that was the house number on The Munsters |

It's a GREAT selling point.
Do you know what locations share that auspicious address?
Two obvious examples are:
Disneyland in Californina
1313 Harbor Blvd, Anaheim
The Munster's Family homestead
1313 Mockingbird Lane |

That was the address of "The Munster's"; 1313 Mockingbird Lane, I would think it would be neat to have that house number. |

If I wanted the house, I would probably mention the number, and then hesitate long enough to see if I could get you to drop the price!
People who think ANY number has ANY power "in an of itself" are fools! Would you consider it "unlucky" if you found $13? Or $1313?
Ironically, (though no more or less logical) suspicious people of Chinese origin generally consider the number 13 to be LUCKY, unlike the paraskevidekatriaphobics* of the Western world you are thinking about! |

No because the house number is 1313 not 13. Plus I am not superstitious. |

No; I don't buy into all that crap. Who cares what the number is; It's a house. |

No it would not bother me. However, in the real estate market you do have to know that there are some people who will not buy because of that. I don't think that it would hold me from buying it though. As long as it is nice when you want to sell it will sell regardless of the number. |

No i wouldn't have a problem with that ,after all The Munsters
lived at 1313 Mocking bird Hieghts,so I'd think that would be cool....Not that I look like Herman Munster .But I would love my wife to look like Lilly....Or Morticia Addams!!....Does that
put your mind at rest?! |

Well, you're planning to buy it, and you're not freaked out about it. I wouldn't worry about it. The address # is the last thing you think about when looking for a home. |
