Well i was about to rent a new house to move from my dorm. Which is not healthy to live in. So i started look for a new house to rent. My friend came up with question that he found a good 2 story apartment only 30 minutes away from collage and 2 big hall and 2 big rooms. its about 320 for a month. Which is also close to city center. I found very cheap for Istanbul and talked with my parents. Which needs to pay for, i even told them that they can take their money back from dorm. But they refused to pay altought it is not more expensive then my dorm costs. Even asked my brother to help me out for that situation. He refused. Well right now i don't know what to do. Got any idea?
Additional Details
My parents thinks that i will goof off. I know i won't and they don't really listen carefully that it's economic. However they think i'm gonna end up like my brother with lot's of F's. |

You didn't say why your parents refused to pay for an apartment off campus. Have you discussed with them the fact that you think the dorm is not healthy for you? Surely they would want you to live in the best possible environment for you to succeed in your studies. Perhaps if you speak with them regarding your reasons for wanting to move and assure them that you would behave responsibly in an apartment you would be able to convince them to not only help you out, but also to save money by paying less than the dorm rates. (Unless, of course, you don't plan to act responsibly and want the apartment so you can goof off and get into trouble!? Hopefully, that is not the case.) |
