Estimates are free. Call up some agencies and compare. There are TONS of variables-- like how far away the nearest hydrant/fire house is, if you have sprinklers, deadbolts, security system, a dog, a trampoline, the exact market price of the house...etc. |

You need to add the value of the rebuilding of the property ( i.e. it falls down and has to be completely built again) plus the value of your contents, inc jewellery etc. Add the risk value of the area, i.e. crime, subsidence etc. and divide by 12! Far easier to work out the value of contents, phone insurance companies and they will work out the rest. |
