After you buy a mobile home , you have to rent a place to put it (in a trailer park) . Unless you own a piece of property where you can put it down . I know there are states like Connecticut which will not let you use a trailer as a permanent residence on your own property. Only in a trailer park

MsBurgundy
Well, there is a mortgage payment on the moblie home if you financed it, and also rent if you are renting the land where the mobile home is parked. And taxes...

imsoverygood
If you own the lot you pay realestate taxes on the total value of the lot and the land.
If you rent the lotthe house is on then you pay lot rent and taxes on the value of the house only.
Hope this helps.

if you took a loan, then yes, you will have to pay for that loan

the rent of the land will also have to be paid

taxes, insurance and utilities will have to be paid also.

I do not understand your question.

Ummm... you buy it, you pay for it.
You also pay for homeowners insurance, taxes, etc.

Evelyn S
Am not sure what you mean. If it's taxes, yes you do. If your mobile is in a park, you probably have to pay monthly rent.
