Any 1 Know Of A Good Way Of Reducing Mortgage Payments Without Changing The Lenght Of The Mortgage?

ascoile
Pay off lump sums. That reduces the interest which reduces the payments.

You can also make sure you aren't paying for any of the overpriced protection policies that motgage lenders like to sell you.

Doctor Deth
Only other way is to reduce the int rate

jory
Get a bank account that pays the excess into your mortgage.
Not sure what they are called but I recall Virgin offering such an account.

MK Financial Solutions
1- See if your current lender will put you on a different deal.
2- See if you can get another mortgage with a different lender at a cheaper rate. (but bear in mind all the associated expenses)
to get an idea of different types of mortgages, have a look at the mortgage guide on http://www.mortgagebrokers4london.co.uk.

Never gonna happen. Sucks don't it. My mortgage would have been all done by the time I was 50. Not much chance of that now

Easy - just pay off some of the capital owing.

groovymaude
Try the Yorkshire Bank, I thoroughly enjoy seeing my payments reduce so fast! or an offset mortgage if you have savings.

Why would you be opposed to changing the length of time?

daina955
