Any ideas on how to write a lease agreement for a rental property that I own?
Is there a good web site for this?

Sir J
Yes, try

http://www.uslegalforms.com

Offers state-specific forms

lexi
www.findlaw.com. or go to any apts near you, an upscale one cuz they hired the good lawyer and ask for the lease say you're thinking about moving in. or check your local county law library for form books.

sk1295
A lawyer will do that for $200 that u can use many many times

Stuart

sandy
look on the web or just go to the library, look in the real estate section, they have lots of info on this subject...good luck...

Your state should have a standard lease that is approved by its department of real estate. Look at your state's website. A realtor would also have one. Writing your own is like reinventing the wheel, and it's hard to cover everything if you are not a lawyer. The standard approved one will be consistent with your state's laws on eviction etc. If you write your own, it may be in conflict with your state law and that could be a problem.

katrina
you can download them off of the internet
