They have been living there since Oct and it was actually sold to them on a land contract so in Michigan they have 90 days to get out. We received that info yesterday at court. We will lose the house to forclosure by then. Any ways to make their life uncomfortable and still be legal? |

Are you saying that the land was sold to them, but, not the house? Well, if the court says 90 days, you better just leave them alone & give them those 90 days, otherwise, they could take you to court over it. Are they paying for their utlities or have they stopped paying? If they have stopped paying for anything that you are not required to provide as a landlord, then, simply shut off the ultilities. Just make sure it's not something you were required to provide to law. |
