Anybody can suggest me how to talk to the landlord?
I found the place that i like but the person who manage the place looks like he does't want to lease the space to me. Because he told me last few month that the place is under negotiating. But untill now nobody is taking that space. Should i contact him again? If so how should I.

Put your most elegant gear on. If necessary borrow a suit from a friend. Wear a new classy shirt and tie. Have your hair freshly cut. Accidentally flash a substantial wallet or, even better, take one of those smart business briefcases with you.
Call in and say you have noticed the place is empty and therefore you assume that the previous negotiations have fallen through. Produce names and addresses of referees and of a guarantor out of smart briefcase. This should do the trick.

Talk to him again. Let him know that you are still interested in taking the place, and ready to start paying the rent. Tell him if he need you to get a reference to make sure you can pay it, then you can get it. (And make sure you get it.)

Yes, keep contacting him. It is against the law to discriminate when leasing. The only real reason a landlord can get away with not leasing is if you have bad credit and/or an eviction. If you believe that he is discriminating against you...mention it to him. Do it in a casual way, don't accuse him of anything you don't have proof of.
Good luck.

Yep, money speaks every language. That or a machete. But generally, if you have guaranties to back you up, he can trust you.

If he has put it out on the market it is considered illegal, i believe in all states, to single out buyers and how u should contact him should be in a polite way of course but dont mention how much u want the land cause he will use tht against u unless u already have a deal inwhich case he shouldnt be negotiating nothing. If he isnt willing to lease in the end move on there has to be other places worth ur time.

Julia B
I would approach him 1 more time. I f he still says it's in negotiations-let it go and look for another one.
