Its hard to say. Depending on where you live now. If the agency thinks your living conditions are fair, then they'll make you wait longer. Its not a thing of being "entitled" as to been in urgent need of housing. |

yeah depending on how much the income is just download a housing application form, from the council website or benefits website u can claim abit but i dont think alot |

the best thing to do is go 2 your local housing benifits office & get advice!! u say ur partner is self employed so he would need to prove that his income is low! or visit a citezins advice centre where they can give u legal advice for free. |

It will come down to HOW much he actually earns. You should try somewhere like the housing association as they are set up purely to help people in your situation.
I employ someone who is similar to your partner, he has a rented house through an association and pays about a quarter of what it costs at standard rate.
