In some cases, they may be real, but I would suggest not trying it... Unless you have solid proof of success, you may end up loosing more money than you make... |

mostly those seminars tell you just enough to get you interested and then they hit you to "join" or buy their programs. very very expensive. i went to a ron legrand seminar over a period of 3 days they tried to get everyone to buy over 20 different programs. total cost was over 100k. well if i had 100k i wouldn't need those programs now would i. don't waste your time or money. if you want to buy and sell real estate buy foreclosures that need work and fix em up then rent them out. over the long term this is your best bet. there is very little out there to give you humongous paychecks in a short period of time. |

Have you ever heard someone say I have too much money, I cant make anymore? Why would someone sell you the secret to getting rich? Instead of selling you this stupid sales pitch for a few hundred dollars, they could be out making millions like they claim they will help you make!!
Bill Gates and Warren Buffett have quite thier jobs as CEO's of billion dollar companies. They need time to give thier fortunes away to charity, they arent starting get rich quick scams. |

As someone mentioned 'caveat emptor' let the buyer beware.
If you pay close attention, the commercials also have a footnote stating the 'results are not typical', essentially meaning you have a snowball's chance in h*ll of making the same kind of money they're talking about.
So your answer....nope, just made for TV... B.S. |

Only a few days on the internet? It would be interesting to see how you could make money from real estate by just using the internet. Do you know what company was doing the infomercial? You can research them at www.reiclub.com.
On a side note, it is possible to make money in real estate without having any money nor credit, but it is hard work.
