There are certainly a lot of people that will be judging by the amount of additional repossessions finding their way onto the market at present. |

I live in a mansion built by my great-grandfather. It is secured by no financial authority but my own pockets. |

No my mortgage is not bad, I have debts secured against my house, I do not have large credit card bills and I am earning and have illness/sickness/unemployment cover as well as a rainy day account....my outgoings are low as I buy food from the butchers and green grocers and stay away from shops like sainsbury's etc...my outgoings are pretty low and I save most of my earnings....partly bcoz I want to leave the UK soon... |

No, unless there is a breach in the mortgage contract, I have entered with the bank, and the bank has issue an eviction notice to me. |

Not really! Instead of choosing a place that would stretch us to our financial limits, we chose a place that was well below it. We don't really use credit cards or overdrafts - and those that we have used are being paid off. If you're sensible and don't live beyond your means, there's no reason your house should be repossessed! |

No - I have managed to live within my means so far and always paid the mortgage each month. Then, when money was less tight, I paid a bit extra when I could. In the end, I paid off my mortgage about 10 years early and now own this little patch of England. |
