No problems, my neighbour just sold here in Scotland in 7 days at 20% over asking price. However, there are definitely people who are affected by the lack of credit and resultant slow market. |

I believe this is all over the world(maybe not the arabs, cos they are deem rich) but here in America it is so bad with negative equity and all sorts, I really sympathize with homeowners. |

Definately..
here in the UK, there are over 350 estate agents closing everyday...therefore one of two things must be happening.
1) people are selling their homes PRIVATELY ( i doubt this one)
2) people aren't selling their homes, i.e. the market has STAGNATED...
