i found a great deal on 7.2 acres with 3 out buildings and a 3 bed 2 bath home for 158k. i looked at it at night and it was great but i went home and looked it up on google earth and its butted up to a cemetery. its a forcloser may be they got spooked out. j/k . are all buyers like me or is this not a big deal. its a great property

It will be quiet and you never have to worry about the zoning changing.
Also, it will always be green and well landscaped.

Living next to a cemetary makes great neighbors. They never talk and don't ask to borrow things from you that they'd never return anyway :P.
But seriously, if you like the property, go for it! |

If it is good for you go for it!
If it is an investment property and you would like to rent or eventually sell I would say a big no! You are eliminate a big consumer group who would not feel comfortable with this making it harder to rent and even harder to sell.

Shouldn't be too big of a deal. If it allows you to get a great deal on your perfect house, then I say to go for it.
I'd much rather live next to a cemetery than a bunch of people who make meth in the house next door! At least you know you won't have many problems with the neighbors. |

good idea. at least you know they will never build next to you cause of the the cemetary (they dont move cemeteries) so your view will never be obstructed. Also, you are guaranteed no noise in you neighbourhood.
