Probably not, although it depends where you live and how big your deposit is. Most lenders would lend you 3 times your basic salary, and you would be expected to have at least a 10% deposit.

It's best to actually go and see a mortgage adviser (just a quote not an application) to see how much you can get, that's what I did. I'm single and my income was £14,000 a year, no loan payments etc, and the max I could have had is £66,000. This was in June 2007.

Now I have my own small house.

Its not looking good for out right ownership , see some housing associations about part ownership until you start earning more

No. Sorry. The most you could hope for with an income like that is about $30K, and that's if you had a decent down payment. Keep saving, and do what it takes to get yourself a better job in the future.

Not at the moment, no. You're looking at around £40k - so unless you have a huge deposit you may as well forget it.
