With just cause in case of threat to their property or life they have the right to enter by most condo law.
Read the contract what you got when you bought the property.
And if you do not have anything to hide....why don't you just comply?
I am sure they have good reason to ask...

Sure they can. READ the condo docs. If there is some perceived problem, they can give notice and request inspection. If there is emergency--dripping water into apartment below you--they don't have to do that. Look at your bylaws and condo declarations--it tells ALL.
No court document needed. |

It would depend on the regulations of the condo association, and any agreements which you have signed. |

It will be in the bylaws of your association, which you can view either 1. in your town hall's clerk's office, where they keep the land records, or 2. if your association has a representative or office on the grounds, you should be able to get it from them. Typically associations can come in to inspect for problems that could affect the building as a whole or that could affect other owners--e.g. structural defects, plumbing leaks, etc.....but there will be procedures in place for them to do so; they can't just like barge in whenever they choose. |

it depends on how the rules and regulations are written. Most have the right to enter at any time if there is a leak or something that needs attention right away. Most do not allow for random inspections with no notice. |

You don't say what they're inspecting. When you purchased, you received two documents which are the CC&R's and the Bylaws of the Association. These should help you out. |

Check the bylaws. I would so no they can not. Becareful if they do, cause in this day and time there are alot of weirdos out there. First off I would check the names of the people wishing to do the inspection and the ones actually doing it to see if they are listed on the sex offender site. You can check this online. I mean just think about it, what a better way for a pervert to enter your home. It's sad we have to be on guard all the time. However, better safe than sorry. |
