READ THIS: http://www.adviceguide.org.uk/index/family_parent/housing/common_problems_with_tenancies.htm#The_landlords_rights_of_entry

It covers the landlord's right of entry. You can reasonably assume that if the reason your landlord gives is not covered here, then they do not have a right.

Actually if she is selling the place, that doesnt mean you have to move if you have a lease. However you stated that your lease expired on March 1 and she has no intentions on renewing it. Therefore you are a month to month tenant. She has to give you 30 day notice if she wants you out. HOWEVER, she can show the place with valid 24 hr notice to potential buyers. Those buyers may want you as a tenent. As long as she gives you 24 hr notice of entry, there is nothing you can do about it. No you cannot refuse as you are impeding her right to sell the building.

it depends i would check your original contract, as it may have the clause in it, that if you decide not to renew your contract or the vendor decides to sell then you may have to let your landlady and any perspective tenants the right to look around the flat, but it should be done at your convenience, and if you don't want to be there then you could allow them to look around without you being there.

Until and unless your tenancy is terminated or a notice for termination is served, you have every right to refuse your landlady to oblige.

Unless she has given you notice of aviewing which is conveniant to you she can`t. however if it is in your tenancy agreement that she can then you need to seek legal advice. If you were not given an agreement then your landlady was breaking the law.

She has no right to show people your flat without a valid notice to quit. At any time she must give you 48 hours notice if she wishes to view the property herself even then you can insist that you be present. Read your lease.

If you have not given notice of your intention to move, and she has not properly served you with a quit then she has no right to enter your apartment to show.
In fact she has no right to enter your apartment period unless there is an emergency such as a flood in the apt below yours, or fire.

Once you've given notice, or she has served a quit if you wish to be a stickler the laws generally (although vary from state & country) state that she may only show from 9 am- 9 pm and with 24 hrs written notice
