Yes you can, if your mortgage is in good standing. However, if you are being foreclosed on, and have received documents stating as such, then you are not allowed to. Nothing is likely to happen if you do, but you shouldn't. |

Yes, you bought the house, you own everything in it, however it might be harder to sell if you take them all. |

Yes, and you will have to list it without appliances. When we bought ours the sellers left the stove and dishwasher but took everything else. |

Yes. You own everything inside the unit. Selling may be tougher without appliances, though. |

You should check the bylaws of your condo association. It should be specified there. The rules differ from one condo association to another. |

If it's a condo, you own everything inside. you can take the boiler, toilet, and air compressor too, if you like, but you might have a hard time selling the place. |
|

!!!
 |
Yes, you can as long as it's not in violation of the condo association. |

Depending on the state. Usually you have to leave fridge and stove. Contact your realtor for guidlines. Good luck! |

You only bought the condo - not the appliances. Just like you can't take the shower or toilet. I suggest buying them elsewhere plus they will be new. |
