You can't own a home if you are under 18, because you cannot sign a binding contract untill then, in order to own the home you would need to sign the deed, and it would be considered void with an invalad signature |

You need a lawyer to do this one. You can put property in a minor's name and technically the government can't touch it until the child is 18 but it won't protect the house. If you owe you owe.. |
