This actually has a lot of answers. the state you live in is part of it, the reason behind entry, etc. i don't know where you live and all the details, but I too would find another landlord who would t least show respect, afterall the money in his bank comes from you! |

In many states, yes.
Usually it is written into the contract that a landlord must give some notice, but if there are no words to that effect in your contract, and the state allows it, then yes. |
