of course... all you need is to make sure that the source you are buying the lot from is a legal and well known one. it would also be good idea to have somebody look after the lot every once in a while to ensure it is secure and no being used by anyother person... just make sure to keep records of purchase, payments, as well as all the information from the agency he is buying from... and have somebody over the Philippines you trust to help you out with anything you need while you are in the USA.
