She is 18, and can legally do what she wants. I have to question if it is the right move. How old is this guy? Why the rush to move in with him? Have you discussed birth control? Those are the real questions. I have seen many people rush into something like this during high school and end up screwing up their lives. The best advice I would give is to think about the long-term implications of such a move. |

Yes, she can rent an apartment at 18 provided she meets all the apartment communities requirements to do so (i.e. financial responsibility, criminal background check, credit, references, etc.) |

yes,you are an adult,you can legally move were ever you want (or can afford) the only proplem is credit,if your that young,chances are you have little or no credit so you would need a co signer..more then likely itll have to be an appartment too,alot of houses rented out privately are by older people,and they wont rent to young people because of partys,etc and also they feel that at that age your job security probley isnt too good (only working like 4 or 5 yrs so far) But aslong as u have credit,or a co signer,you can get an appartment..school has nothing to do with it,its none of there bussiness |

Age Eighteen is considered as an adult in the USA and legal age of consent to make there own decisions. Serve in the military, join cults, and porn indusrty, but not until 21 the legal age for the consumption of alcohol. Still the landlord can have there own set of requirement for the renters, e.g. other co-signers such as a parent/relative/friend in case of default. |

Yes, you can legally move out, but understand, that there are consequences that go with that and financial responsibilities.
You are too young to be playing house. If a guy wants to live with you without the benefit of marriage..he is protecting HIS OWN rear...and not yours. |
