go to your county court house or where you pay your land taxes you can access any of this info from there

If you live in England, you can contact the local Land Registry and ask for Official copies of a property by giving address. If the property is registered, which it probably is, they will send you a copy of the Register which shows who owns a property. There is a £4 fee.

The city hall or town hall has all the real estate records for their area. Hope this helps.

Go to that county's auditor website. A lot of counties allow you to search by address to get property information, including the owner.

Type in something like, "Hamiltion County Auditor" in yahoo search.

Go to the county appraisal property information website.

Try your local county auditor or assessor's office. Most are online & you can research properties my address. The records normally show value, some info about the house (bedrooms, baths, etc) and the owner.

Good luck!

If you are in USA your county Probate Office maintains those records and you have a right to see them. Sometimes the staff there will even help you find what you're looking for.

Property ownership is public knowledge. You can go to the county clerk's office and request the information. They will need the address of the property and they should be able to pull a file and tell you who owns the property.

To find out who owns an unoccupied house, go to the local RMC office or local tax office in the county where the property is located. You will be able to obtain the owner's name & address to which the yearly tax bill is mailed. If the address shows a PO box, mail a note & request feedback.

I live in San Diego. Here the County Assessors office has that information. I have called them before to find out the owners name and mailing address, they will also give you if you want the structure and land values, and year it was last sold. When you call they always ask for a parcell number, but you can just tell them the address then they look it.

Go to your city or town's assessors office, and see who the tax bills go to. They are usually the owner of the property.
