well i guess i will need to clarify she lost custody of her 6 yr old my oldest son went to live with my mother so 2 here r mine and 1 is hers i want my kids to stay i think i am a better parent and more stable to take care of them now about her she constantly lies and is having a affair in her world which starts every fri then dont see her till sun or monday and she takes the kids which is bad cause they r missing school because she dont come back or at least bring them back before the bus gets here she is violent and has hijacked titles to veihicles that haul our water to our well and wood for our heat threatin to sell them so how will it b with no heat or water she is a very bad person and i cant take it anymore so i guess that is a little more for yall to chew on over my dilema |

Probally not. If the house is in your name only, you and only you decide who lives there.
Even if it is leased, if you are the only one that signed the lease, you are the one that stays. Otherwise, it would be breaking the lease.
If you really think it is over, talk to her about this. However, do not let her take the children with her unless she has a place to go. THat is not good for the kids. |

This is the Mother of your two kids? And you want to put her in the street? How about trying to be reasonable here. Work together for an amicable solution. Get counseling. See your church pastor. Don't declare war, that is a last resort. |

Probably not. She could easily get a court order to stay for the sake of the children. You two need to work out an agreement with child support so you can both afford homes where the kids are safe and secure. You don't force the mother of your children out of their house if you're an honorable grown man. Sit down and tell her you will help her find a place to live. |

Of course you can. If it is your house, start the eviction process. Contact your county clerks office to find out how this works in your area. |

I know how you feel. I cant get my ex to move out at the moment. He is a bad influence on the kids. You are not a dead beat at all if you are concerned about your children. She is the dead beat and needs to get the hell out. Good luck with that. I am having trouble getting my ex the hell out at the moment so will be interested to see how you did it!!!! |
