Usually any adults over 18 must be a signer on the lease. However, these days most professional management companies will run you both together, and your high credit will bring his low credit up, and you'll be averaged together. As long as there are no severe credit problems, such as owning another property management company (or apartment community) money, bankruptcy, etc, you should be fine. |

most likly. It happen to me. My husband had bad credit I have good credit and the rent I could afford all by myself. We got the apartment. |

then yeah you should be able to.
I work at a credit union and as long as YOU would be the "primary" on the appartment contract you should be fine!

my most recent rentals, you had to have the names of any adults in the rental on the lease. but, the good news is, my ex and i both had bad credit, but we had such good references, that the owner overlooked the credit problems. i don't think you'll have any trouble. |

The only way to know is to apply and see. If you have enough income they will probably ask for a high down payment. That is what happened to me. :) |
