Not until the lease you have signed has reached the end of the term. When it is time to renew he can make any changes he wants. You'll either agree and sign again or tell him in writing that you will be leaving in 30 days. |

Not until the lease has ended, then the landlord can offer changes to the lease, then either you take it or leave
side note: if you are on a month to month, all that is required is a month notice to change the terms |

But I figure that it might atleast be something in whatever legal contract/deal that says that it should atleast be some warning that change is,may or about to come/take place !?! I guess it depends on what took place to have this come about!?! <that does seem sort of un`fair> !?! Not while you are still under the agreement initally signed. So until the agreement expires you are protected. Once it does expire he can change it however he likes, though you are not legally bound to resign. |
