Every month we have an exterminator come into our apartment. I then got a letter under my door saying that the exterminator said the apartment was not up to the heath code. My garbage and recyclables are always taken out, dishes are done, other then maybe a glass or too that only had water in it. There was no food laying around. I hardly even cook. He said it would need to be inspected a week later by the super, it was and everything was fine. Then I had a problem with my electric so they had someone come in. And once that was done, he came into the apartment and again had my super text me saying to clean again. I asked them what he means because I do clean everyday. He said all of the things that I already do and vacuuming. I have lived there for almost a year and there has never been a bug in the apartment. I pay my rent on time, I am quiet and don't cause any disturbance to anyone. But in the letter he first wrote me he said he would evict me if he got another complaint from the exterminator. Does he really have grounds to do so. I did not sign a lease and I reside in the State of NJ.
