Yes. And he will lose his license. I would not only prosecute criminally, but file a complaint with his broker, who is legally and professionally responsible for him, the Better Business Bureau, and the state board of real estate. |

a criminal conviction won't stop him being an estate agent. I would report this to the police anyway - it's criminal damage and they should prosecute.
At the very least, if he gets a conviction and subsequently leaves his current job for any reason, he may have to declare the conviction, so you may be damaging his career prospects. But then that's his tough luck - shouldn't have broken the law |

Why on earth would you "hope that he would lose his business"?
A police record is only that, a record of a complaint. He has to be found guilty by a judge to have a criminal record of any kind.
I don't believe he would loose his licence, but it would really depend on which real estate board he belongs to. |

You can prosecute him for criminal damage, but i doubt very much if he would lose his business.
Reading one of the other answers, about breaking two of his windows.
Don't go that route,as it won't solve anything,it could make matters worse. |

I would have thought that having any kind of criminal record would be a positive plus for becoming an estate agent. On the serious side, you can prosecute him for criminal damage, that's hoping that you have some proof that he smashed your window. |
