Your income is never on your credit report. If you have sufficient income to repay the loan you will qualify. |

I'm not sure if it shows on your credit report but I believe you will need proof that your disability rating is an ongoing, continuing, long lasting thing. They will more than likely need proof of this from a doctor and SSDI. Good luck. |

first of al with any form of social security payments regardless the one thing you dont realize is that if you default on the mortage pasyments most agencies will tell you theres nothing they can take away or sue yu over on any kind of govrment check etc, its very very diffucult, to find anyone wiling too go along ounce they hear your on sssd, okay, as far as buying a home is concerneed etc, okay you are working the, miminuimm, okay what if, you, get hurt o n the jobb?/ cant work?? get tiing a home is tough in your shape, etc and your creditreoprts dont favorr sdd payments etc. |

Of course you can buy a house. But getting a mortgage if you need one may be difficult unless you have substantial assets or savings, or other income or have a co-signer who meets the lending criteria. |
