yes, if you have income. Most landlords know your credit is not establish yet. and rental is not long because you just became an adult. Not all young adults are wild. Pay your bills on time (as much as possible) that will affect your credit. Don't have loud party and guests disrespect you or your neighbors.Good Luck. I know how I felt when I was 18 Freedom but responsiblility also.

Yes and no, all depends on the landlord, some landlord will rent out to 18 year olds, while other prefer to rent out to those in their 20's and up. |

Yes,,,,, you can.. You are considered an adult at age 18... You can pick up a weapon and fight in Iraq for our country or you can buy cigarettes at a store if you want to.. If you break the law, like shoplifting or something bad like that then at age 18 you will have a permanent criminal record the rest of your life.. If you do the same crime at age 17 then you are still considered a child and its a sealed minor record... The world is yours at age 18 so go out and enjoy it and remember 2 vote |

yes you can, but there's a more important question...are you ready? my parents were building managers and I've seen many young people evicted from their apt. because they weren't ready to handle an apartment to themselves at a young age. good luck and later days :) |
