EVICTION...worse thing you can do as a renter.
I commend the landlord for using their rights on attempting to get a new renter into the premises since you have obviousely defaulted on the lease agreement which has initiated the eviction process.
Vacate immediately and give the owner/landlord possession of the premises by returing all means of access-house keys/garage remote, etc.
It's "renters" like you that make the laws so tough for legitimate renters to obtain housing. |

Yes. The landlord only need give you appropriate notice to enter the premises, according to your state's statutes. The landlord can then enter with prospective tenants, whether you are present or not. As far as the 'for rent sign', you have no control over that whatsoever. |
