A 2 bed flat in Richmond/Surbiton would cost about 225/250K.
You should get a very nice place for about 1.4mil. Prices are rising in the area which is alway is popular.
You could rent a 2 bed flat in the area for about GBP900 per month while you find something that exactly meets your requirements. |

welcome to the modern problem of finding affordable housing. don't mean to be a smartass but lately everyone is buying real-estate. especially the boomers who are looking to retire. as a result prices are going up. it's bad enough in North America, but I'd hate to see prices on a crowded island like the UK. |
