Yes you can!! BUT, you would have to put down about 15%.
This can also be a "Gift". What state are you looking in? I can do loans in 47 states and would be happy to answer any additional questions you may have. |

Your score and income are too low. You won't be able to buy a house.
Sorry............. |

Probably not. You should try and get a house unless you can afford one, because if you do you could really fall deep into debt. |

I don't think so. There are homes you maybe able to afford depending on where you live... but your credit score is rotten. Our household income is $50,000 and credit score of 625... we qualify for a $105,000, and those are hard to come by! I would say you could only afford about a $50-60,000 if you could get fincanced.....!!! |

You can go to MLK Jr. Blvd in any town and you can buy a house there! |

It is possible...the credit score isn't bad... the income leaves something to be desired though. The house would probably be very small and in a desolate location |

depends on whrere you live and how much you are gonna want to put down as a down payment. there are still citys out there that have homes going for well below the national avg. pittsburgh, charlotte, springfield mo, etc. i have seen homes as low as 50k-110k! also you are going to need a down payment. in order to get 100% financing your score needs to be at least 580. and that is still pushing it. anyway good luck |

Nope, I just tried, my credit score is in the 600s but I only make $24000 a year. They wouldn't approve me. Plus, you need to have a year's rental history in Georgia which I don't have yet. You have to have a certain income ratio to what the cost of the house is. Talk to a mortgage broker in your area for the specifics. |

not with that credit score, your income is okay for a small place but your credit needs to improve |

Hi, go to www.hud.gov, some of the houses are for $13000 in VA, check it out and they have programs to help low income families. GIVE IT A SHOT!!
Good Luck to you!! |

A very small house, maybe. See several mortgage companies to see if they can help you. It is doubtful, though. |
