Not a great idea if family /friends are involved. Just imagine the bad feelings if anything went wrong eg rent not paid, damage to property etc. You should find somewhere else. Less grief in the long run. |

yes it is perfectly legal to do that, at the end of the day he will be a landlord. you will need to sign a tenancy agreement to show the housing benefit people. |
