They aren't going to evict you, but they need this for their insurance.
You can only lease under your BF if they allow it, but this is not a good idea, because he has to declare your rent as his income. |

Protect yourself by filling out the papers. Otherwise you are a guest and they might make you move since a guest can only stay for a week or 2. |

Here's the reason that they want the paperwork - if they have a problem with you they want to have legal standing to evict you and not to have to go through him or the process of an unauthorized tenant. If he leaves you in the apartment, they want to be able to sue you for his back rent. We actually just went through this where a tenant broke up with his girlfriend who was the leaseholder. All of our communication to him - once she left - had to go through her and it was a headache for everyone. |
