Do i get a thirty day or sixty days to move?
ive been living in my home for six years and i live on a care home property. landlord has just sold the property. so im not sure if there are any other rights i had. nothing was written in my rental agreement
you are entitled to a thirty day notice to move if the new owner wants someone else there or before they themselves move in when it comes down to it. if they knew in advance of the sale you should've had a 60 day notice. check iwth your local tenants union for a full breifing of your rights and what deposits you are entitled if thee are no repairs needed you should also make sure you get your security deposit back to help you with relocation.

30 days is standard. So plan on moving in 30 days, good luck!

It really depends on the law in your state.

In Georgia an eviction notice is for thirty days.

I imagine 30 days. However, why not check with the new owner? Possibly they would like you to stay?

It depends on the landlord or the one who just bought it.

well you usually get 30 days but the new land lord may not want to give you that time so it's best to talk to him or her and see

It depends on the laws of your state.......... I used to rent mobile homes and when we sold them I had to give my tenants 30 days from the date of them recieving the notice by certified mail. It usally turns out to be 45 or so. Check with your local state laws to be sure of your rights, you can usually call the court house and they will direct you in the right direction.
