Just ask them. They will have a paper that shows what their options are. Most apartments have several different floorplans and rent plans as well depending on the size |

of course it's not.... the floor plans in one building may be the same....or in a residential site......but in all...most of the apartments have different floor plans.... depending on the location and the total area.....
only in the case of bedrooms u can say that most of them are similar...... |

There are so many different floorplans. You will have to see the specific unit that you will be renting to know how to decorate it. |

Different apartment units in the same building can have different floor plans. Different units in different buildings within the same complex are more likely to have different floor plans. And different complexes, or houses converted to apartments, etc. can have such an incredible array of variations it will stun you.
You must see the actual unit you will move into and take all measurements yourself. Looking at drawings or blueprints is inadequate because not all things will show up on a drawing. So you can't really plan decorating, furniture placement, etc. until you choose the unit. |

No, each apartment complex is different. A building can have different apartments with different floorplans. The only way you can find out is by going to the leasing office and ask for the floorplan. Better yet, you can ask them for a tour of the apartment that you will be moving in (or a sample room with the same floorplan). |

No, they are all different. If you go by the office at an apartment complex they will be able to show you different floor plans. |

Great question. Not at all. There are many different types of apartment floor plans. you may seem many similar ones depending on where you live (like one section of a city). No worries about decorating, you should tour any apartment you are looking to buy/rent and will be able to visualize then. |

No. Every building will have whatever floorplan the architecht drew for it. Even the same building might have different floor plans. I lived in a building where the first floor has two one bedroom apartments, the second and third each had two two-bedroom apartments, and the fourth and fifth floors had a two story three bedroom duplex apartment...two floors for each apartment, a total of two apartments like that.
You won't know what your apartment will look like until you find it. |

Most apartments (of the same type ... one-bedroom, two-bedroom, etc.) will have SOME similarities - but they'll all be different based on the building design & floor layout. |

You can view the floor plan or actual apartment before signing anything. |

No, not all apartments have the same floorplan. How is that possible if some are 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, studios, etc... |

I refer to them as cookie cutter apartments. But yes most are the same. You will find the higher the priced ones can have better design. I found a one bedroom withe a spiral stair case leading to a loft over the living room with a vaulted ceiling and sky lights. Also depends on how big of a town you lIve in. I would think you live in a small town if you cant find different floor plans. Every place ive moved into has had a brochure to show me when i come to look. Good luck. |
