I''m betting he is counting the basement. The basement is not counted as sq footage. If this is the case, then the actual size is around 3200. Nice size home.

5000 square feet is huge. Even in the Houston suburbs where housing is cheap, the larger houses are around 3,000. That;s for four bedrooms, a study, 4 baths, and two formals. |
